PRICES FOR A NINE MONTH STAY (IVA included):

OUR PRICES INCLUDE:

Monthly rent of an individual room with normal consumption of electricity, water, and central heating.
Full or half meal plans from Monday through Friday. The resident can choose between lunch or dinner through communication with reception at the beginning of the academic year.
Telephone (external calls will be billed to the resident) and free Internet connection from the room.
Reception and security.
Daily cleaning services for community bathrooms and other common areas.
Room cleaning services, which include change of bed sheets every week.
Use of study rooms.
Use of TV / video rooms.
Use of library.
Reception, mail and message service.
Maintenance service for damage caused through normal use of the room.
Use of the Residence Hall’s sport’s facilities.
Use of Swimming Pool and the Residence Hall’s garden areas.
Free attendance to all cultural and sporting events organized by the Residence Hall (except when the course or activity stipulates a fee).
